No, sound does not exist in the visual spectrum. Heck, sound doesn't exist
anywhere in the electromagnetic spectrum, visual light's big daddy. Sound
isn't radiation, in the strict sense of the word. It's just vibration of
component parts, not separate particles like light is.
This doesn't mean sufficiently high tech can't make a device that will turn
sound waves into a visual analogue, but it won't be anything near as useful
to light-based eyes as good ol' dependable electromagnetic analogues.
