Also, according to the spell write-ups, a Phys Ad with boosted attributes
can still have an Increase Attribute spell cast on him (including reaction
and reflexes)... there is a +4 TN on the spells, but this would give the
phys ad an INCREDIBLE initiative (something like 12 + 7D6)... Note, it
doesn't say yes or no for the Increase Reflexes in the writeup, but the
spell follows the other Increase Attribute spells in almost every other way
(with the exception that there is no Increase Cybered Reflexes)...
