Todd, what do you mean when yous ask about a mage casting a spell while
wearing armor? He can see fine. Even if he's weaing as helmet, it's no
different than looking out through tinted windows. And if you're considering
encumbered movements, remember that spellcasting doesn't require elaborate
movements that would be constrained by armor. Now, Gesture Geas or some
Centering skills, maybe. . .but not routine spellcasting.
