I'm asking this not to start a debate, but as a question in general.

I have a decker with 150 Mp of Headwear memory (Ala Shadowtech), but it isn't
C2 memory (just the off the shelf variety.)

Can I use Headwear memory as additional active memory while decking? Or
is it "offline Storage"?
