I have a question (it may been covered, but we can all use a refresher
/definition.)

The System Load Delay in Shadowtech, what exactly is it? I attempted to
figure it out, but wound up going in circles. I guess what ever it is it
affects everything in your headware.

Any definitions or even running theories will be appreiated.
