I'd have to agree with Minotaur. Rating 8 sounds pretty good for a PhD,
assuming the character also has a compilmentary skill at level 6. I base this
off the Street Doc, who's probably pretty close to a real doctor. The Street
Doc has Biotech 8 and Biological Sciences 6.
Of course this makes it look like Mr. Johnson has a PhD in Psychology and the
Dwarf Technician has a PhD in Electronic Engineering :)
For lower degrees make a Masters a 7-8 in Main skill and 4-5 in secondary
skill. Bachelors could be 6 in Main skill and 4 in secondary skill.
