That would have to be a GM's call until the DLOH can be consulted, but I would
lean toward the no halving since the armor reflects the natureal resistance of
spirits to attacks that are not back up by essense. Since APDS ammo is not
backed up by essence anymore so than other bullets, they should be just as
resistant to them as to other bullets.
