Looking over the post on building cars it may be possable to calculate the
basic car in the SR game.
This feat could be done by a little reverse engerning ( I don't spell I am
a art student) by subtracting the cost of add ons and the like on the car or w
hatever. After all of this subtraction you would then halve the resulte and you
should be close to a "Sally Rand".
My guess is that some armor would have to standard equipment on a car or w
hat ever. Much like A/C and AM/FM are right now. Also if you have wheels you ar
e likly to be veiwed as having some cash and wherewithall as well.
Well that is my thoughts on the subject at hand. for what it is worth
