Ah, the Economic Forces of the real world are finally being applied to
Shadowrun. No longer need a GM strive to create a new item or well-placed
suit that needs to be defended or extracted.

However, since most money and transactions are recorded electronically, one
could assume that these runs are carried on all the time anyway. They could
be more cost-effective, since you only need a single skilled decker to alter
records. One could argue that such systems are too well-protected; I reply
that, given enough time (months, if neccesary) a decker could crack and
hurt a system.

Or, if a team is employed, a chip that acts as a hardwired virus, affecting
the records of all systems it is connected to, whether physical or virtual.

Just some ideas springing from this latest revelation.
