as far as SINs and drivers licenses are concerned...i run it that all of
that is on the ID credstick, just like an ATM card...they have their fake
IDs, with fake driver's license, and fake weapons permits (for pistols and
self defence weapons only!) on the 'stick, and anything else they might
need...


as far as it being easy to get a SIN, i remember reading in one of the
books that one of the ways that it is done is that a decker finds someone
who has a SIN that has an "untimely" death...he just has to be quick
enough to snag the SIN and transfer/modify the data before it becomes
deactivated by the government computers....course, the flaw in this plan
becomes apparent if someone takes up the identity "Joseph Carbunkle" and
tries to buy something in the store where Joe used to work.... :)
