yes, if it is like normal glasses or cheap windows of today, it is natural
glass...

by that definition, the windshield of my car would be opague from the
astral, because it has a plastic coating on it to resist breaking and
chipping...

i would be surprised if any buildings or vehicles had natural glass in the
future...
