RAT> QED

An Anchored spell with an Activation Link is activated when a pre-defined
event occurs. Examples given are the utterance of a word (or words), a physical
action or gesture, or the trigger of a detection spell via a spell link. The
spell can hear the command because the Activation Link is listening.

Also note that anchored spells still exist on the astral plane, even with the
spell itself is "inactive".
