On the subject of Bioware, I personally see no need to make it a strange and
mysterious thing. Generally anything you can do with Bioware you can do with
cyberware or just do without. The Bioware is just more expensive. Of course
if you don't want your beginning characters to have bioware that's fine, but I
just don't follow FASA's reasoning.
On the subject of High Force Spells, I don't see a force 6 spell as being a high
force spell. Yes, it's rather deadly when on a combat spell, but in other
cases its no big deal.
The increased cost for High Force Spell Formulas was for use during play. You
don't have to buy a spell formula for spells you know when you begin play. The
Force half of your Tech decides how many spells and at what level you get them.
