That second assertation is one that can be argued. True, a satelite is not
hardwired into the Matrix, but I figure that if you can get it to accept
your sat signal as controls (rather than just routing it) you can control
it just like any other computer system. Of course, it may not be set up
for UMS code, which, if deemed resident in the host system, would make
the Matrix non-existent. But if the code is in the cyberdeck, then it should
be hackable, provided a connection can be made.
As for the third postulation, if you can control a satellite's movements,
why would you be unable to control the subsystem that tells its
controllers its whereabouts?
