Hmm. I'd make Stealth B/R with that reasoning. It would default back to
stealth, but would allow people to specialize in picking.

That, or make a new set of skills:

Security (knowledge of security, security systems, etc)
Security B/R (makeing, breaking, cracking, hacking, and dismembering
security devices)
