I've had a reply from Ben. J. Acosta, asking why couldn't I fire weapons
whilst in berserk mode if the bike was rigged.
It's a darn good point, and I'll admit that it was one that I hadn't thought
of.
In the games that I play in, there aren't any rigged bikes, for the reason
that there isn't enough room on the bikes to put in all the vehicle control
gear. Also, from my knowledge of bikes, it would be _almost_ impossible to
have a bike that could be rigged.
IF, on the other hand, you can have a fully rigged bike, and assuming that
all your sensory input then comes from the sensors on the bike, how will
you have enough control of your meat body to make it sit up and fire off an
SMG at someone?? OK, I hear you cry, how about remote control guns??
(Thanks again for this point, Ben.) The simple answer is this: Where do
you put them on the bike?? Quite simply, there is not enough room on the
bike to mount anything like that. Go down to you local bike shop, and have
a good look around. Apart from the HUGE Honda Goldwing, there is no bike
around with enough space to put weapons in it. As for a side car, what
self-respecting speed freak rigger would do that?? :-)
Again, comments appreciated.
