Dunno. Gotta remember shadowtalk is mostly that... talk. If it's true, though,
it's almost certainly Matrix research, probably military in nature.

If you need to ask, you don't want to know... :). The Fuchi subnet would be
lethal. I mean, those guys made the Matrix, and no-one knows more about it than
they do. Physical protections would include guards, cybered & magical response
teams, watchers for astral overwatch, with some elemental backup, etc,
etc,etc..
Lone Star is tough but penetratable. However, you gotta remember if a trace
gets off on you, Lone Star can get ANYWHERE within 5 minutes, and literally can
tear apart the city to find you.
Metroplex would be fairly open in most parts, but the real sensitive stuff
would be locked up tight. After all, you're looking at a net backed by the
government. It'd be easier to bribe a secretary than to go in yourself.

This is in Seattle Sourcebook, in the Government section at the back.
The Governor is advised by a 21-member concil, made up of the 10 District
Mayors, the Treasurer, the AG, Police & Fire chiefs, the Commisioners of
Sanitation, Public Transportation, Public Works, Public Database, Public
Utilities, and Race Relations, and also the Salish-Sidhe Ambassador.
The Council meets every other Tuesday, Governor can call emergency sessions.
All appointments except the District Mayors (and presumably the S-S Ambassador)
are made by the Governor.
The Congress consists of 100 elected officials (ten from each district). Meets
first Thursday of every month. Doesn't do much except for oversight.
Day to day government is by the Governer, with important matters referred to
Cabinet. Congress then ratifies Cabinet decisions. (Sorta like the American
government in minature).
