Try this example:
Street sam, Q 6, Initiative = 24,14,4
Runs 6 x 4 (not 3... Humans, Elves, and Orcs have multiplie == 4)
Action 2: Walks 6
Action 3: Walks 6

Total: 36 meters in 3 seconds.... not bad. Keep it up, and he wouldn't come
anywhere near the hundred meter sprint record though.
