Yup. It's odd. Luckily, not as bad as under sr1, where it would be easier for
a sammi to WALK (and he can fire and everything, with a minimum of pluses),
than it would be for him to run. I posted the idea of a Physad runner, who had
lots of athletics. It finished out that he could run 30mph+!

Not bad, eh? (Athletics is a HANDY skill!!!!)
