Actually, I don't think it would be possible to teleport to the moon reguardless
of the power of the mage. Why? To cast a spell there must be astral energy.
For a spell to travel from one point to another there must be astral energy
along the path. There also must be astral energy at the target spot.
Thus, you can cast the teleport spell on earth. You could even travel way up
to the end of the atmosphere. At this point you run out of mana and the spell
disapates. You never even got close to the manaless moonscape.
