Ok, first I would say there are actually 3 weapons in this weapon. One,
the sword, one the dagger and one the garrotte. The dagger and sword
would both have to be fashioned and enchanted separately. The garrotte
would never be able to be enchanted because it is a monofilament (and
therefore manufactured) and thus could not benefit from any bonus from the
dagger or sword.

Second, I'd say that such a weapon would cost more than the runner has
(unless he's a millionaire).

Third, even if you allowed it, the artificer who made it would have to
make quit a few roles with high target numbers in order to fit the weapon
together and still keep the enchantment.

Fourth, I have it stolen by some big baddy. *g*
