Two things here. First, Minotaur forgot to tell everyone that
this is suppose to be a stacked weapon focus.

Second, we thought that manufactured stuff couldnt be enchanted
either, however, after doing several thorough searches in all
books covering enchanting, Minotaur and I came up empty. However,
this character pointed out that the example of the automobile
means that unless everything is handmade it can't be used as a
virgin telsma, but it isnt cost effective. As a matter of a
fact, the book says 'about anything can serve as a telesma : ..car,
weapon, charm etc.' It simply is more costly.

If you can tell us where you found the manufactured items can't
be enchanted our problems are over, thank god. Unfortunately,
we weren't able to, what we found only justified it.

Apparently, given time, this character is supposedly able to reduce
the cost to something he can do. He actually hasnt submitted any-
thing yet, but we were hoping we could kill the idea with having
to scrutinize the formula.

This guy has been saving lots of karma to create this thing with,
so the target numbers aren't much of a problem since he is not
concerned with overall time reduction from mulitple successes.

We were think that the first we would have the bond broken so that
he would have to pay outrageous amount to rebond...I think in a
talk we had he estimated around 98 pts to rebound this thing.
*shiver*

Anyway, if you could clarify the manufactured items
can't be enchanted part we would be greatly appreciative.
