Ok What you are suggesting is totally ludicris. One if you think about it
there would probably not be only one part to the restraint. If they are
creative they would have used *2* bracelets that would discharge *across* the
person causing a serious shock throught the heart. One bracelet to ground
would have little or no effect. If she was in air it would probably work...
provided they had deckers designing it (you racist) while they were on Zen or
some other freebased drug.

So either way I think that most of the designers would have thought of every
contingency.

And don't go knocking troll deckers!!!!
