I think we ought to get this one straight. There will be certain things that
even the advanced technology cannot do on Earth, unless you can simulate zero-g.
So any products (ie the new alloys idea) that need zero-g will admittedly be
expensive, but as long as the corps make a profit what do they care.
Length of time:
On HEO's I said they would probably spin, so muscle atrophy wouldn't be a
problem. For low earth orbits you have the personnel 1 year rotation and heal
them up with magic when they reach earth, in fact that's what they already do
(see corp shadowfiles).
