Why would the UCAS find it cost effective to
equip an army with cyber? I can see the special
teams like SEALS, Green Berets, etc... but the
regular grunts? No way. Most of the teams people
are in the forces for the long haul, but the front
line grunts are in only for maybe 4-8 years. Assuming
of course that the UCAS follows the USA enlistments.
Why then would a government equip someone who will only
be with the forces for 8 years with cyber? It doesn't
make sense. It just releases a problem onto the streets
that the government has to deal with. Not effective.
Special Teams will probably have cyber but grunts won't.
