Y'all did realize that when I said "crowbar", I was merely giving an
estimate of the size and shape of the projectile, right?
As I mentioned before, coating it in some sort of heat-shielding (NOT
ablative!) adds very little to the weight, not much to the size, and a
lot to the survivability.
As far as terminal velocity: keep in mind it *starts* at maybe 8
km/s because of orbital mechanics. It's got to slow down to terminal
velocity (which should be at least several hundred km/hr), and from
relatively low orbit it's got only maybe about 60 seconds to do it
in.
I dunno. Maybe it's impractical. Certainly we've talked it to death
enough for GMs to take it from here, should they want to use it in
Shadowrun.
ObShadow: Is it just me, or do the Critter stats for dracoforms show
merely a human-sized Intelligence? I'd think it's be at least twice
what it is...?
