First of all Fetishes can not be ground through, secondly, when grounding a
spell it really doesn't matter if you are an initiate or not.
As to putting the focus in the body - I would say no, use the focus was biult
that way - ie the focus was biuld as a pacemaker or knee pin (doesn't this sound
slightly stupid to any of you othe people?) Anything that you put in your body,
the body considers to be alien and tries to get rid of - unless that thing is
non reactive and medically sound (IE the pins they use in your knees) now
anything that the body is not going to attack is probably very processed making
it extremely hard to enchant. Also, things that are in your body the body tends
to eat away at - slowly destroying it. All in all, I would say it isn't that
great of an idea.
Fetishes - same thing - though I can see an earring or other ring being used as
a reusable fetish (or possibly even expandable if you have a lot of earrings).
