I dislike the idea of allowing inbuilt fetishes. As I said before, the whole
fetish concept is the requirement of an item for spellcasting. It would be
downright silly to allow inbuilt fetishes. Look at the talisman geas in the
Grimoire. This requires a specific object for (any) spellcasting. A fetish
is like that, except for a single spell. Now, if you could designate your
fetish like a talisman (not a difficult matter, just requires some
talismongering), you might want to say "Ok, my pelvis is my fetish for this
spell" (best to make it a reusable fetish - ouch). This is ridiculous.
