No. All you have to do is use FTP in binary mode when you receive
the file.

GIF is enough of a standard format that any bitmap graphics
program should be able to import it. If not, it will probably take you
less than an hour to find a public-domain program that will.

If its a T-Shirt design, your best bet would be to convert it to
GIF or JPEG, UUENCODE it, and EMail it to me. I'll place it in my FTP
directory with any other designs.
I've also got an "incoming" directory here, but you must EMail me
before placing anything in there.
If its not a t-shirt, check out some of the big anonftp sites.
