Do what I do, Joe: get ruthless about the way you read this mail.

I delete between 50% - 75% of the mail based on the subject line alone.

Which I guess is just a re-phrasing of Robert Hayden's suggestion.

Some people bother to put enough in their subject line (like Not SR,
or Un-SR), to help with this.
