I was being dramatic to make the point. When I say, ``it doesn't stop
bullets, it stops all small, high velocity projectiles,'' I mean it won't
stop bullets in someone's pocket, but it will stop any small, high velocity
projectile, including bullets (which are small, high velocity projectiles).
