My concept of the anti-bullet barrier spell is that it opperates similar
to radar, almost. It isn't just a Detect Object linked to a Physical
Barrier spell, it detects how fast an object is going, and if it ourside
certain 'safe' paramaters it activates the barrier. IMHO anyway.
