I don't know about AD&D demons, but I downloaded a file for Warhammer
Fantasy somewhere (it seems like the file is the original of some book
called Warhammer Sorcerous Magick), which had extensive rules on demons
and other creatures like them. I can't remember much about it right now,
but it was interesting enough, and could maybe translate to Shadowrun.
