The rules specifically states that adepts (other than shamanic) cannot use
astral projection or perception, but I too would perhaps allow the adepts
to astrally perceive. (Not project.)

The skillwire system cannot use anything above rating 3, but can use two level
threes, three level twos or six level ones.
