Yes
But can she cast spells for which you need to see ??? I mean LOS - range spells
To my knowledge Clairvoyance can't be used to cast spells at someone
cfr. Jesse, Toxic Shaman from the adventure with NAN1.
If I get you right, she could in astral space.

Adapt their senses??
