I had the same problem, until I thought of the critters section of SR2,
where you'll see that a number behind a slash (/) means that the critter
has armor (combined Ballistic/ Impact). So, if you have a Force 4 Ant
Spirit Soldier, it'd have a Body of 5/4. This does not make it's actual
Body 1.25, but rather it rolls 5 dice on a Body Test, and it reduces the
Power Level of an attack by 4.
