Tell your Gm to first look at the 'Gang Member' in the main sourcebook on page
57 and ask him if that is a legal character by his rules. After that talk to
him. Remind him that you all are there to have fun, not to get pissed off.

If he/she can't see that you are all aren't happy with what he doing then
maybe he/she should not be GMing shadowrun.
