Doesn't an astral barrier just stop astral beings from passing, including
spells cast in astral space? If not, and it is just like a spell barrier,
not having any books handy, I'd say that it blocks spells up to force 7.
But check the first part, because I don't think an astral barrier protects
a mundane from spells cast directly at him. Of course I may just be
rambling totally incorrect dribble (Spring Break in two days...let's hope
I make it).
