Elves
Young: USUALLY ONE, though twins are common. Saying that twins are common but
single children are the most usual means that twins are probably more common
than when Sapiens Sapiens have them - but it does NOT mean that twins are
guaranteed. Plus - in such case as the birth of twins - one will be Nobilis and
the other usualy non-viable (ie dead) now there is no mention of what the dead
twin normally is - whether identicle, elven or other metahuman.
