Wraiths start out with SE of 1, but what do they have to do to get up to SE
24? Burn ungodly amounts of Karma? Nope. They just need to influence
(meta)humans to inflict a total of 23 points Stun and/or Physical damage upon
themselves and/or other (meta)humans. Kill two people (or beat one to death
with a Stun weapon), and that's 20 SE right there... Although it's not
mentioned, I'd think that Wraiths probably lose SE fairly quickly (1/hour?)
until they're back down to 1.

They have to overcome half of it. 13-36 Armor ain't as much as 26-72
(obviously :), but how many projectile weapons can punch through 13 points
of armor? (Power 13 projectile weapon = bow for STR 11 troll...)

If ---H--- himself is that militant about having them destroyed, odds are that
even he can't just go out on a weekend hunting trip and wipe them out.

Most certainly...
