Yes, this character is ludicrous. It's also legal, if you'd let by
someone getting 111 million nuyen (plus equipment) and about 150 karma
(just for a few skills, and to get the intelligence up high enough to
get the MPCP 18...).

Disgusting, isn't it? Perfect for April Fool's Day...I'll wait for a
couple more minutes and send this on its way. Enjoy the stupidity...
