I prefer chars that have some sort of ethics. Although
some friends I have run with don't give their chars any.
If anyone ever played Harlequin, one mission has the runners
retrieve something without taking anything else or they don't
get the bonus. The group I'm GM'ing tried to take anything that
was not nailed down. I had to *shem* discorage them. Whats worse,
the book they retrieved they copied TWICE! Now they own one copy,
sold the second back to the publisher, and gave the original to
the Johnson. *sigh* There are going to be fireworks in Seattle
soon.
