Spell Locks can lock any force spell that is cast "into" them. A
spell lock is considered to be of force 1 when in astral combat. So,
in other words, both spell locks and quickening can lock the same
stuff, but a quickened spell is a hell of a lot harder to destroy in
astral combat.
