Any barrier spell can be made mobile if centered on a mobile object as opposed
to an area. Personal Barriers are always mobile.
Physical barriers are only "partial" opaque, giving a +1 to Visibility Mods.
Physical barriers are "very" hard to make mobile because the barrier keeps on
hitting things. Boom, there's a wall. Boom, there's a car. Get the picture?
Physical barriers stop "any" object that is bigger than a molecule.
To block bullets and allow yourself to move, use a Bullet Barrier.
To block sword and knives, use a Blade Barrier.
To block explosions and grendaes, use a Blast Barrier.
Astral or Mana Barriers do not affect spells inside of them or spells outside
of them. They affect spells cast "through" them. The astral static spells
on the other hand will affect the casting of any spells within it.
On quickened barrier regeneration, I would just use either target's Initiative,
or end of turn for ease of play, although giving it an initiative of 20 + Force
+ 1d6 is probably the "most" correct answer.
Any questions?
