No, Bullet Barrier only stops Bullets. We were using Personal Barrier
(correct name for a change) as if it were mobile - needed it to stop all
physical attacks, but the spell descript in SRII doesn't read as if the
area-effect spell Barrier is mobile. Guess it's time to use the ol'
Magical theory to make a mobile Personal version, neh?
