According to the official rules, you can't.
You can concentrate in pistols, and specialize in a specific weapon.
So if you want to be good with light pistols, concentrate in pistols and don't
specialize.
But if you GM wants to allow it (or if you are a GM), why not?
It
is his game after all, and it doesn't make that much of a difference.
