In the Chromebook (for Cyberpunk 2020) is a cyberware taser, built into
the hand of the user (it's meant for cyberarms/hands, but give it an
Essence cost and it'll be regular cyberware).
Yes, I think it should be possible to build a combined sword/taser, just
switch it on before you hit anyone with it.
