An RTF version may be forthcoming. I encountered serious technical
problems with RTF, and people were getting annoyed with constant delays.
Thus, I pressed a postscript to get something out.

Ghostscript, avaialble for many platforms including DOS, will allow you
to print postscript on a standard printer.
