The best I've read are Jack Yeovil's Dark Futures series.
They're _very_ like the Shadowrun world, except that magic
is different. The books are:
Krokodil Tears
Demon Download
Comeback Tour
<??? last one not out yet>

They may be hard to obtain and expensive, but IMHO they're much
better than the Shadowrun novels I've read.
