that the birth rate would be higher than the death rate as far as the world
is concerned. There are many problems with trying to answer this question,
for example, humans? the Tir? the burbs?...who and where affects the
death rates mainly....and if you live by the sword(most sammies) you die
by that self same sword. The people who live in the shadows die quite often.
On the other hand those that live in protected environments don't...this
would be in the Arc...or in the Tir. So since the death rate in deadly
environments is higher, and the birth rate in safe environments is high,
overall I would say that the safe areas are larger than the deadly ones;
this in conjunction with the fact that with the people dying in the deadly
zones...won't be reproducing.
